When I was able to get to a range on a more regular basis, seldom was a woman seen, but to encounter a group of women in that photo learning to be the strong line of defense of family and home – that is so encouraging. No ‘victim’ types in this photo, rather, competent, strong people who know what may some day be asked of them and are ready to stand and deliver.
