Strongly witten and not an uncommon tale either. Seeing the face of a victim after such an incident is not an easy experence to describe. Learning to understand that at that moment the woman does not need pity but instead compassion comes with experence. As with many other women who’ve experenced violent crime’s this lady is stronger because she has chosen to become so.
I shared that on Facebook when I read it and had my daughter read it too… too many go through life with a complete illusion of safety and security… her story is powerful!
