This is so wrong. Justice has never been equal, but to openly disregard the law for one and go after another is insane.

Did I read a bit of hostility and “guilty” by association in that article? Empty magazines can, indeed, kill. Of course you have to throw them really, really hard. I’m sad he gave so much of his life for the very freedom that is going to land him in jail with hardened criminals.

If he gets sent to jail, David Gregory needs to have the cell next to his (preferably as Bubba’s bride). If the prosecutor doesn’t drop charges and goes for the conviction, that is going to be one heck of a spark on a very large powderkeg.
